About
Psylust13 is a visual artist from Athens Greece, currently based in New York City. He received his BFA from the Dual Degree Program between Northeastern University and the School of The Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts.
His work is process-oriented and reactionary, drawing inspiration from daily life, the environment and his experiences. Getting his aesthetic influence from graffiti, his work explores and reinterprets letters, symbols and movement through layered and often abstracted compositions focused on gestural marks, calligraphy and the relationship between positive and negative space.
His creative practice is centered on graffiti and mural work, but he also works heavily in printmaking, bookmaking, photography and sculpture.
